Soul Store - Shipping Methods
We process and ship orders during our main service hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.). We normally ship within 24-48 hours. All our shipments are insured against theft and damage. Insurance coverage expires as soon as the shipment and written confirmation of receipt have been received.
Delivery time
Within the EU, delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days. For international deliveries, please contact our customer service department.
Order tracking
As soon as the goods are shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties and taxes are included within the EU. International deliveries are made DDU (delivery duty unpaid). This means that all customs duties and other costs are paid by the customer.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
